- Security Deposit of Rs 2000/- Cash per unit And PDC( post Dated cheque) of 7000
- Rs 1000 extra for stabilizer charge
- Rs 300 for transportation charge
- If required, Rs 500 will be charged for Submeter
- Power requirement of 230 V .50 Hz per installation
- Plug point of 15 Amp should be available near AC
- Maintenance and repair is free
- Physical damage to the AC is not covered.
- Required Documents I.e Pan Card, Aadhar Card and Email Id

- Do not move AC from one location to another. Shifting the AC to another location is strictly prohibited.
